Usage

Winrate’s Zoom integration lets you automatically record meetings and extract AI‑driven insights—no manual steps required on Zoom itself.
  1. Connect Your Calendar
    • Go to Settings → Integrations in Winrate.
    • Click Connect Google Calendar or Connect Microsoft Outlook and authorize your account.
  2. Automatic Bot Scheduling
    • Once your calendar is connected, Winrate’s meeting bot will automatically join any Zoom meeting on your calendar.
    • No need to paste URLs: the bot is scheduled behind the scenes.
  3. Recording & Transcripts
    • During the meeting, the bot records audio/video via the Zoom meeting link.
    • After the call ends, you’ll see the recording in Winrate under Meetings → Recordings.
  4. Insights & Summaries
    • Transcripts are processed automatically.
    • View AI‑generated highlights, action items, and full summaries in the meeting details page. As well as within the respective account.

Installation

Since Winrate’s bot uses calendar‑based scheduling, no manual Zoom app installation is required. Simply connect your calendar in the Winrate UI and the bot is on standby for all your meetings.

Uninstallation

Because we don’t use OAuth for Zoom itself:
  • No uninstallation of a Zoom app is required.
  • To stop the bot from joining your calls, simply disconnect your calendar in Winrate:
    1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
    2. Click Disconnect next to your Google or Outlook calendar.
  • Or, disable call recordings:
    1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
    2. Click Disable next to Record Meetings.

FAQ

Q: How do I know which meetings the bot will join?
A: Any Zoom meeting on your connected Google or Outlook calendar will automatically have the bot scheduled. Q: Can I invite the bot manually to a call?
A: Not needed—calendar integration covers all meetings. If you want to test manually, just create a dummy event in your calendar with a Zoom link. Q: How do I revoke Winrate’s access to my calendar?
A: In Winrate, go to Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect. Q: Will I get email notifications about recordings?
A: You’ll see them in-app under Meetings. You can enable or disable email alerts in Settings → Notifications.
